Donot Worry Be Happy Psalm 37: 1 1. Do not worry (Fret) of evil doers nor envious that are evildoers. 2. Why because life is short for them. They will fade away and wither like the grass. The Bible tells us not to look. Feast your eyes on those who are evildoers. Some examples are Iranians, Regime Islamists, socialists, communists, weather, tragedies, people who hate, or are jealous of you. The Miracle 2 Corinthians 12:5-10

Why are we here? do we live forever? are all healed? no some are some not. We all in a frail body. We all have a date with destiny. We all have a date with destiny. Today March 1st2026 we lost 3 brave soldiers in Iran war March 2026, 5 wounded. July 2025 my family life changed forever. i received a call from my son in law. My daughter slipped in a diabetic coma. My heart dropped.They took her to Shand Hospital icu. I went up and was so thorn up. That night laid in bed crying . i pray God heal my daughter over and over. I fell asleep. 6 a. m I woke up from a freshing dream. My daughter came to me daddy I am ok. I saw Jesus is am ok. i just cried with joy. Well it been 9 months. she is alive but with brain injury. shen is at our home, great husband, families. God is healing her day by day. 1. The Thorn in Flesh. 2 Corinthians 12: 10 .Today somebody here on earth face infirmities, persecutions reproach, necessities,in distress. it never goes away. We do not know why at times. I know we all live in a frail body and everybody has a appointed day to die. 2 Is their a off ramp? No but God wants us to pray, have faith in him. Never give up. I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me. 3. What is solution for me? 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10 a. God grace is sufficent fir t.hee. He will give you strengt.h to bear it.. b. pray and live in joy because the power of God rest upon me. God will be with you, us, me whatever life throw at us because our home is Heaven. Trust in the Lord with all thy heart lean not unto your understanding. He shall direct our path. So fear not Jesus is with you to the ends of the earth. Not your weight, height, race but your heart. God chose you. You do not chose yourself. God use the unexpected person. 1Cor 1:27 God does not chose a perfect person 1 Samuel 16:7 2. Winning the battles of life expect persecutions. 1 Samuel 17 evil, people demonic cause strife divisions. 2. They use their barking voice to intimate you, lie, distortions, chaos is not of God. 3. Winning the battles of life is that God is with you. God use your us to win. 1 Samuel chapter 17 God choses champions to lead the imperfect unexpexted persons. 1. God person of courage and confidence God will win. 2 God person does not use logic but faith 3. God use his way and gives it to us to win the battles of life Dear friends,trust God for winnining your battles that Satan throws at you. God will be victorious. Today are you bewildered , bothered on current events ?

Bewitched, Bothered, Bewildered?

Matthew 24:37-44

Today, we in our country are bewitched, bothered, bewildered of the current events unfolding across the world in the Middle East.

What does God state in is His word to us today? To encourage our hearts and give we hope.

1.      God state if you are bewitched, bothered, worried, confused, angry that and bewildered on current events.  We must understand that we have no control over this.   To understand verse 37 -39 histories is repeating.  I say be of comfort for these events are pointing to hope that Jesus is coming again. The Bible state as it was in days of Noah which are perversions, all forms of immorality and hate it’s happening again.  Jesus is coming for those who place their faith and trust in him.

2.   God has provided the Ark of safety for us which are Jesus.

3.    Lessons for us: Don’t be careless, be prepared or 42 (watch), be ready 2 Peter 3:11. 

4.    Dear folk Jesus is coming again. There is hope in the name of Jesus, there is power in the name of Jesus and there is redemption in the name of Jesus. Please come to Jesus today. Pray Jesus forgives me of my sins; come into my heart and save me.

Unfrozen " Daily Bread"

    My devotion today was from the Daily Bread" Unfrozen" Gal 2:11-16. Does God want to freeze people out? What is hypocrisy" We are all sinners saved through faith in Jesus! The people past are forgiven through the Blood. An example is Trump .He got saved. He is not perfect but he loves our country, Love cops, military .He has helped many people. Yes sin is sin but forgiveness is at the cross. Paul confronted Peter because he was one thing with one person but different with another. He wanted nothing to do with one when he was with another. I believe this is called hypocrisy. Why? Because he feared of not being with the in-crowd at that time sad but true even today. We tend to freeze people out. My suggestion be Unfrozen, you enjoy life better, and be a better witness!

4.   Because I believe in life beyond it urges me to tell the good news Jesus lives and so can you!

The Bible tells us to preach the truth no matter the cost. As you read these passages you will be inspired to stand for Biblical moral values. When you stand on the Bible you will wxperience opposition but the truth always prevails. You see friends the Bible always shake and changes life events.

  “Well said the prospective teacher, as he scratched his head I deep thought, “Some people think one way and some another, and I’ teach round, or flat as the parents please.”

Today, we live in a political correct culture. We live in a snowflakes culture. People will say or do whatever that will advance their ideological cases.

Folks, that what we see in the scriptures, the Sadducees did not believe in the resurrection of the dead. The priest did not want to be blamed for Christ death. They all opposed Peter teachings bitterly and violently!

Today we have two groups of people in America: the progressives (Liberal), anti-Bible teachings, or Conservatives pro Biblical teachings.

They both want to take the country in different directions. They both are made up of body, mind and soul.

1.          The answer to confront the demonic ideology of progressivisms. To do so we, the church must have convictions of what we believe is Godly and truth. Acts 9:29, act 14:3

2.          We must confront the culture of humanism (broadmindness, man can do it on his own) bathe in love. The Bible tells us to speak the truth in love.

3.          Love is narrow minded

Love, truth are based on Biblical convictions. This also means persecutions for our convictions.

The church today must boldly stand in love, speak in love and proclaim the biblical teaching in love.

Why I preach without pay?

Truth for Today Chaos

1.    Paul says to pay the pastor

2.       “If we have sown spiritual things among you, is it too much if we reap material things from you?” (1 Cor. 9:11, ESV),

3.       “the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel” (1 Cor. 9:14), and,

4.       “One who is taught the word must share all good things with the one who teaches” (Gal. 6:6).

2. Paul states he work without pay at times.

Nevertheless, we have not made use of this right, but we endure anything rather than put an obstacle in the way of the gospel of Christ . . . I have made no use of any of these rights, nor am I writing these things to secure any such provision . . . What then is my reward? That in my preaching I may present the gospel free of charge, so as not to make full use of my right in the gospel (1 Cor. 9:15–18).

Why?

1.  “Reason #1: He wanted to have the greatest possible impact.”

2.   Reason #2: “He didn’t want to be a financial burden to others.”

3.   Reason #3: “He wanted to serve as an example of diligence.”

4.   Reason #4: “He wanted to provide for that in need.”

   This is how I feel .I choose to be public school teacher, and ordained SBC minister, preacher, and evangelist. I feel that it not wrong for a church to pay a Pastor in fact it’s Biblical.   I desire to preach without asking for money.

Why Br. Eddie? I desire to be free to preach without concern of control by those who hold other motives.

1 Samuel 16:1-13

A five year old was intensely working with his crayons in the kitchen table when his mother walked in and question what he is doing. His reply,” I am drawing a picture of God”

“But honey,” She replied, “No one knows what God looks like.” With great confidence the boy boldly proclaims, “They will when I am done!”

I often tell my students to develop a can do attitude.

How did Elijah develop a can do attitude doing difficult times, disappoints rejections?

Well look at his situation he lived in.

There were first spiritual vacuum: ministers weak, sons where immoral. There were also political vacuum:  King Saul where living in sin.

God told Elijah, “How long are you going to live in mourning?” I have rejected Saul! Get up and seek a leader. Seek me and I will show you! “Folks, if you are still in mourning over difficult times in your life God is saying stop and get up and go!

“Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the people of Israel.”

  Crisis management means you have plan from the past but also you have inner self confidence by having a divine call. You must know that God is with you and has called you to do a work for Him.

Crisis will always come sooner than later. Crisis control means that you look to God for help and not on others. God alone is in charge of life affairs. God will make a way for you.

Psalm 91:4 “He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under His wings shall thou shalt trust; his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.”

God is in control!

   Oh my! How am I going to handle this problem? Have you ever said this to yourself?  I have many times. Crisis can come up any time and any place in your life. Crisis does not tell you a time, or date. You see crisis just happens! I have had many crises in my life. They are at times physical, spiritual and emotional. Here are some examples: the crisis of getting older, my dad died, my wife became ill, my finances crashed, the empty nest syndrome, change of careers. How am I handling them? Well at times not very well! But I am constantly reminded that life happens, preparation is important, a divine call is important, assurance of God’s presence is important and falling on the Word of God. All of these things will pull me through.

Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every that believeth; to the Jew first and also the Greek.”

We are living in crazy time’s folks! People are living in fear over their finances, terrorism, health issues, and moral issues that face a Nation!

Here folks are the good news:

·       The gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way to peace and security for our future and eternity.

·       The gospel is the good news that Jesus is the only one that has the power to change people lives and break the chains of sin.

·        The gospel is for anyone and everyone.

Folks, the hope and the only hope for this crazy time we live in - Jesus!!! We need Jesus to come into our heart to change our life and give us hope in these fearful, crazy times! No political system or political person can give us hope, security and peace! No one only Jesus. He is the only way to eternal life and peace! John 3:16

Folks, come to Jesus today! Dear Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart, in Jesus name amen.
