Live Each Day as The last Day!

Dear Friends,

    Hilton Grand Vacation Club has a statement,"Live each day as if it were the first day of your vacation." and I say live each day as is was your last day on earth! Happy Easter!Jesus arose from the dead and He lives!!!!!!

    "He is not here ,but is risen..." Luke 24 :6  The women were sad and depressed! They saw Jesus crucified and died! The angels came to them  and reassured them that He is alive.!!!Jesus himself assured His believers that He is alive because he appeared to them and the tomb is still empty!!!!!!!!!!

  There is a song by Bill Gaither because He lives I can face tomorrow!! Oh! dearest friend, God loves you very much that he sent His only Son to die on the cross for our sins!!!Jesus paid the price and He lives today!!He alone gives us hope as we face these last uncertain days!!!!

    I say come to Jesus today and experience the joy of the ressurecction!!!!!Here is a simple prayer, " Dear Lord Jesus ,I am a sinner ,come into my heart and save me, In Jesus name Amen!!!!"

The Marriage in Defense Act Day!!!!!!!

The Defense in Marriage Day

 

     What is marriage? Why do we marry? I ask you several questions: why is marriage between a man and a woman? Why people hate gay couple?

                                                                   

I cannot understand why Christians cannot accept same sex marriage? Why if we say we love, then why are we judgmental??

 

 

     I believe all of these are very good questions! Why do I defend the defense in marriage act? Why do I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman?

Where do we get our moral authority? How do we know the mind of Christ? What does the Bible states? What does history teach us?

 

 Dear friends, let us now look at some of these questions:

·     Where do we get the ultimate moral authority?  I believe we must start with the Bible and not towards the Bible. How do we drive a car and understand the rules of the road? We read the book first!

 

·     What does the Bible state about marriage?

Natural Marriage   ·      God mentions it in the Bible.   ·      Genesis 2 :21-24   “And the  Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall pond Adam and he slept : and he took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh instead there of; 22 and the rib, which the Lord God taken from manmade him a woman, and brought her unto a man….   Verse 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and mother and shall cleave unto his wife, and they shall become one.”     ·     Mathew 19-32                     Ephesians 5:22-23        Unnatural Marriage   ·       God never mention it as an acceptable lifestyle in the Bible.   ·     Romans 1:21-32     “Or 24 “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lust of their own hearts, to dishonor their own body between themselves.                                   25: Who changed the truth into a lie, and worshipped and serve the creature more Than creator, who is blessed forever amen?    Very 26 For this cause God gave them up vile affections: for even did their women change the natural use into that which is against nature.   Vs. 27 and likewise also the men leaving the natural use of the  Woman burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which unseemly and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.”

·    Many Christians and  Ministers  don’t hate anyone. John3:16

·     We are not judgmental but Biblical. I believe all life has guidelines for success!

·     I believe in procreation and a woman and a woman cannot procreate normally! This goes back to the above scriptures.

·     History teaches us about the past to know the future. Let us look at civilizations that fell. One comes to my mind which is Rome. I believe that Rome fell because of its humanistic attitude and its rejection of God!

•  I believe just look at Europe and Cyprus today and their rejection of Biblical precepts. The financial and moral mess they are in!

·     The breakdown of marriage between a man and a woman will open doors to  polygamy, incest, and all sorts of unnatural relationships.

 

    My dear friends, I know deep within my heart that this is a very emotional issue.

 

  We must express our opinions in love and compassion.

 

 I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman! Why? Because that’s the way God ordained it, history shows what happen to any nation that reject Biblical precepts, and to strengthen society!

 

We may disagree but remember I love you and God love you very much that he sent His son, Jesus to die on the cross that we will have eternal life!

 

 Come to Jesus today!!!

Who is the Boss?

 

     Who is in charge? Is anybody home? Is God still God? Is the Bible and it’s precepts for today? We live in a world today that believes they don’t need God, or His Word to direct them! I believe that just because we say it is not, does it not make it so!

 

“The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.” Psalms 14:1

 

   The Bible claims that man is corrupt and he needs a savior. Today we see the assault on marriage. I believe just because people say gay marriage is ok does not make it ok!

 

   I believe that sin is still sin! We love the sinner but we reject the sin!

                                                                                            I believe that gay marriage according to Biblical scriptures is sin and can be forgiven like any other sin!  Some may say that it is that not enough to make a compelling case because we as Americans are a compassionate people and it’s a civil right!

                                                                               We are a compassionate people, but I know that it’s not a civil right. I believe that it is and will always be a Biblical sin!

                                                                                 I continue to believe that, and just because the polls says it ok does not make it ok!

 

 

 I believe that there is birth, life and death! I believe that there is appointed a day for man to die and meet his maker! I further believe that we will all be held accountable for the way we live our lives here on earth and in our relationships to each other!!

 

  I believe that man is born a sinner, he needs a savior. Jesus, God’s only Son was born through the Virgin Mary, lived, was crucified, He died, and He arose from the dead!

                                                                                                          Jesus is the only way to heaven! Jesus defeated the last enemy to man which is death!!

 

   Dear friends, come to Jesus today, and He will forgive your sins! He will give you peace and hope in your hearts!

  I firmly believe that God is still God, and He still is the ultimate, compassionate Boss of the Universe!!!His Word is still His Word no matter what man thinks and states!! God is still God. He was, is and will be! He is still the compassionate and forgiving God!!

Who has the Ultimate Power?

 The Power even through Persecutions!

 

  “I have the power to control your life!” That's what the people of the world are saying to God’s people today. They are also saying, “I can do whatever, wherever and whenever and you have to jump! 

                                                                                                                                         Today, I am facing  some very intense persecutions! So where to I find the power and strength? 

Is it something,that today Isreal,it's Prime Minister has to apoogize to Turkey, just because they were protecting theirselves. Why?

 We will be facing hostility  because we oppose the scecular progressive agenda of gay marriages, drug useage, abortions, immorality of all forms ect.

 There is good news!   What does God say to us, from His Word ? Concerning living in these antagonist last days?

 

“Be still and know that I am God….” Psalms 46:

                                                                                  As we read in  the Book of Exodus, chapter 14 verses 13-14, Pharaoh, his Egyptian army came after the Israelites  and as they  approached them at the Red Sea, Moses said, “fear not, stand still ,and see the salvation of the Lord which he will show you today; for the Egyptians you see today you shall see no more forever.

14. The Lord shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”

 

  John chapter eighteen verses twenty eight verse forty, Mk. 15 and Lk. chapter 23 we see Pilate the governor, the symbol and power of Rome, thought that he had power to save Jesus life but he was wrong!

 

  I believe that only God has all power!!The same power that rose Jesus from the grave lives in every born again believer!                                                                                He is Alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

  Also, in Psalms chapter 46:10.” and know I am God…”

 

 Our God is sovereign over all!!! He is in total control in every situation!

 

 Jesus, God's  only begotten Son was crucified, died and arose from the dead. Jesus is coming again, for all who believe and trust in Him!!!

 

   Dear friends, no matter what persecution comes, Jesus have the ultimate power to protect and guide us through it all!! I know that Jesus will fight for us! I also beleive remember to be still.pray,seek Him for wisdom, and see the power of God moving for you!!!

 

   I firmly believe that our God be with us to the end!!

  I also believe, as the hymn states.” To trust and obey for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey.”


                                                        

   Happy Easter!!! He is risen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He alone rose from the dead!!! He is alive!!!

   Friends, Come to Jesus today!!  How Eddie pray's this simple prayer ," Dear Lord Jesus, I m a sinner ,forgive me of my sins and come into my heart today!! In Jesus name!!

He came into You!! Now grow in His Word!!   Make  a public profession of faith in a Bible believing Church!!! He is alive, and will fight for you!!!

How to have peace, happines in these days of economic uncertainty

 How we can have Peace in the Economic Downturn?

 

Text: Philippians 4:11-13

“Not that I speak from want; for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. Know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstances I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need.

I can all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

 

   Eddie, how can I endure this economic downturn? I am so tired, I feel tired, discouraged from working so hard and watching my finances shrink!

 

   I am out of a job, or Eddie I am facing difficulties in making ends meet, what do I do?

 

  Dear friends,  many years ago  the summer of 1969  in  the  Mountains of Kingston, Jamaca W.I at a youth camp, sponsered by Grace Missionary Church I found the secret  and what was is  the big secret!!!

  The secret is Christ  Jesus living (in) You!

It is Christ in you that give you strength to live.

It is faith in Him that gives you strength to deal in good or difficult circumstances!

 

   I believe, the secret that separates Christ from other religious leaders, and other faiths is Jesus!

                                                            He is the only one who was born through a virgin, lived, was crucified, who died on the cross, and rose from the dead.

The good news He is coming back for all those who believe in Him!!!!!!!!!!

 

  That is the secret for facing difficult times. It is Christ living (in) you!!

 

   “Eddie, how can I get this secret, gift, provisions and strength?”

 

   Friends, by praying a simple pray. Say with me, “Dear Lord Jesus I am a sinner come into my heart and save me in Jesus name amen!” When you prayed this prayer He came (in!!!)

The Biblical Secrets Of Economic Success in Downtimes!!!!

                                               The Secret of Economic Success!

 

 

Text: Philippians 4: 10-23

 

 Dear friends,

       We are living through some really tough times which are: morally, spirituality and economically problematic! These United States of America are truly at the verge of bankruptcy.

 

    We are in some much debt up to our ears it isn’t funny! The borrowing and spending are totally out of control by the government and the results are that many people of all walks of life are suffering now and will face financial hardships in the very near future.

 

   The big questions here are,” How can we get out of it, or can we survive? 

Can God speak to us about living in tough economic times?”

 

 The good news for us are found in the Book of Philippians Chapter 4

 

 What are some things that God is speaking to us in these passages?

·    We are not to worry but trust in Him!

 

  The word worry comes from the old English word “to strangle”

 

Where does worry come from?  Dr. Werisbe states, “That worries comes from when the thoughts in our mind and feelings pulling in different directions and “Tears us apart”

 

  Here is the following process of worry:

 

1.     The mind thinks about the problems.

  2. This feeds additional feelings into our heart (Thoughts)

  3. Which produces negative results.”

 

  This week was a critical one for me. Everything was on the line for me and my family economically!

 

    I allowed Satan to plant doubts in my mind about not passing the Middle School Social Studies Exam, what could happen economically to my family and me. Satan even brought some people in my life to reinforce these doubts.

 

   I thank God for some Godly friends, family members, and my precious Godly wife reminding me:

 

·    To focus on God’s promises,

·    To study,

·    To allow God to bring to my mind the answers to the questions,

·    To go in with a positive attitude. “

 

    

 I also reminded that the Bible states in Philippians Chapter 4 verse 13,” I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”

  

 The result, I passed the exam!!!!!!!!!

 

    Dear friends, the lesson I am reminded of here,” Not to listen to Satan fears, or people that do not have my best interest at heart. Also, not to allow the feelings of doom and gloom to penetrate my mind, but to trust in Jesus, continue to do your part and He will see you through!!!!!!”

      

    I will continue this series of “How to develop economic success.”

 

  Until then trust in the Lord and He will not forget you!!!
