Help I am struggling! How can I or my nation receive Blessings from God?

 

 

“Blessed is a nation whose God is the Lord” Psalm 33:12

 

    Friends, people are struggling today and our nation is struggling today, to pay their bills, to hold jobs, find jobs, keep their homes! Are there any answers? Is there Hope? John Adams made the following comment:

 

  “Statesmen may play and speculate liberty, but it is religion and morality alone upon which freedom can surely stand. A patriot must be a religious man.”

 

  Yes, there is hope for us today if we listen to God’s Word!

 

  First, God tell us that He cares for us: Deuteronomy 8:1-20                                        

                                                                     1.    His past blessings. In verses 7, 10, 15 and 16

      a. He gave them a good land verse 8-9

      b. He gave food supply verse 8-9

      c. He gave them materials verse 9

      d. He protected them verse 15-16

      e. He blessed them financially verse 18

 

   Dear friends, God has blessed us and our nation in the past and he will bless us in the future if we remember and listen to his Word! My dad could not serve in world war2 because of his health but he worked in the shios in Ny. My Uncles served in world War 2.

  Let us remember what God has done for us! We must have faith that he will bless us again! More to come!

How to Remain Fresh in Difficult Times

 

 

      Have you ever felt so loaded down, so burdened with either your problems of health, finances, or hearing sad problems that people are going through?

     I have felt these things and it leaves you tired and drained.  My wife has M.S  and she has hardly any white blood cells to fight infections , finances tough and I miss preaching every Sunday. I thank God everyday for His blessing and I know somewhere, somebody has it rough or harder, but sometimes I  still get down . So how do we refresh? How do we remain refreshing? I am reminded of these verses!

     “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

       And of his fullness we have all received ,and grace for grace.”  John 1:14.16

 

    I have felt as someone said, “Each day is just yesterday warmed up!” I have also heard Oh! What a week I have had, so many problems! I have heard people receiving bad news of an illness, a death of a friend or a loved one!

  

      Here is what I have gleamed from these scriptures, which I find will encourages us to refresh our tired, worn out bones.

 

     1. Jesus is full of grace and truth.

         Grace = God riches at Christ Expense

     2. Jesus gives us His unending supplies of grace and truth to meet our daily needs.

 

    Dear friends, I believe that life is challenging say the least, tiresome, burdensome and at times worry some. I know, though that God’s grace is sufficient to meet our every need!

  Here is a poem I found:

 

   Each day God sends His loving grace

        To strengthen you and me;

      We need but use this day’s supplies

        And let tomorrow be.    – Anon

 

   So let’s lean on him and support each other for He will give us His unending grace and truth!

God. I just don't know what to do?

God I Just Don’t Know What to do?

 

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not evil, to give to you an expected end.”
 Jeremiah 29:11

 

   I don’t know! I just don’t understand what happening here! Have you ever felt this way? I have felt this way many times. I have asked myself many times does God have a plan for me?

  I am reminded of this scripture verse that God loves me. He alone knows my needs and my desires. He has a plan for me.

  1. I have a plan for you

  2.  My plan for you has a purpose and it is to prosper you!

  3. My plan for you also is to give you hope.

 

Dear friends, this year has been a difficult one for me as I taught my special needs students. The year was rocky at best but it ended with one  difficult student removed and place in a setting that has met his needs. The other students were able to soar in their exams and I was placed in a new position in coming year, which will meet my needs also!

I firmly believe that as we face these uncertain days that if we remain faithful, God will meet your plans, you will prosper and  God will give you have hope!

 

God loves you very much and He will be with you and your plans!

They that stood against the British . They were Men of God! How we need that today, men and women of God, who will stand, preach and speak boldly the Biblical truths against this immoral Nation! The rights, and the Bill of rights being shredded!

Let us firmly stand on the Word of God!! and vocally demonstrate our love for the Word ofGoand it precepts!

The Power of Words

 

   I have heard that words, words it just words! But I believe that words have meaning and power to heal or hurt someone!

 

 What are the blessings of positive speech?

  A. To bring peace to all people. Proverbs 15:1

  B. To bring wise reproof and encourage people. Proverbs 25:12

  C. To deliver lost souls from spiritual death. Proverbs 11:9

 D. To teach Biblical things of the Lord. Proverbs 15:7

   I say let your speech bring blessings to others.
