How to have Success in the Midst of Turblances, Battles

How to be successful in midst of Turbulence in Your Life?

2 Kings Chapter 3:1-18
I heard a story about a boy and a girl walking together on a hot, dusty road. They came upon an ice cream shop; they went in and got a double dip chocolate ice cream cone! Man it was soooooooooo good!
They went back home and explained to their mom what happened and the mother asked them how they paid for it, since they had no money!
“ Mom, I went up to the owner of the store, asked for the ice cream cone and when he gave I to me, he asked me for the money, so I told him to reach in my pocket, and get the money but be careful that you don’t touch my pet snake!”
Life is full of Changes,Challenges,Battles and Storms. I feel that some for the good and some not so good. Then comes our discouragements, the questions, why???????
2 Kings Chapter 3 gives some insight to these questions.
Verses 1-10
The Israelites were surrounded by Moabites and there was to be a battle. God allowed this, because Israel had sinned against God. They felt they had no hope because the Moabites army was great and only God could help them.
Sometimes God will allow turbulences to come into our lives, because we choose as a person or as a Nation to rebel against the teachings of God and His Holy Word, and sometimes it’s just life, some examples are: wild fires, storms, an illness, loss of a job, wars. I believe that as we face these turbulences and battles, that God grace will see us through and we will receive great blessings!
2 Corinthians chapter 12:9
And he said to me. ”My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Love,
Eddie
