John Lennon would have classed himself a Socialist. If you look at the lyrics to Imagine, he clearly outlines his beliefs.

   Imagine there is no heaven? John Lennon was trying to find himself. I believe that so many people today are trying to find peace and a purpose for living.My pastor, Max Brunson from FBC of Jacksonville  Fl. preached a sermon on this today.

   And some are pushing Buddhism, Hinduism etc.

 

    I believe that Christianity is the only way to heaven and to have peace with God.

Jesus said,” I am the way the truth and the life no man cometh unto to the Father but by me.” John 14:6

 

   In Act chapter 17:22-34, the people at Athens were worshipping many gods, and not to leave any god there was an inscription stated, “To the Unknown God.”

                                                                               In these passages we can also clearly see that Paul preached the Gospel and that only Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

 

  What makes Christianity different from other religions is that Jesus Christ was born sinless, He lived, He was crucified and He is the only person who arose from the dead!

   John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe on him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

 

 Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Romans 3:24 “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus

Romans 3:25 “Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.”

 

 

 

   Dear friends, I cannot imagine that there is no eternal life. I believe that life does have a purpose and it’s just not a way.

  Jesus, God only begotten Son is the only way to have a peace of mind and to have eternal life!

Today, if you are searching for the answer to life, I urge you to come to Jesus .He is the only path to heaven.

                                                                                                                                  Pray this simple prayer with me, “Dear Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart today!’ In Jesus Name amen.”

  This simple prayer is your ticket to a peace of mind and the only way to heaven!
