What does aging, anxiety attacks and facing the unknown have in common?

How can I overcome the fear of death? How can I stop being scared of dying?

Dear friends, what does aging, anxiety attacks and facing the unknown have in common ? fear , and  here is a link on this important subject, and some comforting words .

Here is what I gleam from this article:

 A.  The fears, anxiety attacks:

    1. Fear of the unknown   2 Cor. 5:6-8
   
    2. Fear of losing control over my life   John 21: 18

    3. Fear of leaving my loved ones behind  Philippians 3: 20-21

B.  The victory over these fears: Faith , hope in Jesus and looking for a new glorified body

      1 John 3 : 1-3
