My
Rock
Christmas is always my favorite time of the year! Last Christmas I received a precious gift from my daughter, it was a cross, and a very special note. The
cross was not any cross, the cross was inscribed.
The inscription stated,
“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my rock, my savior; my God is my rock in
whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place
of safety.” 2 Samuel 22:2-3
My daughter note,”
Merry Christmas daddy! Just like Jesus is our” Rock”, you are our rock for our
family! Love you!
Dear friends, as we
live day by day and struggle with our humanity, life disappointments, health
issues, and finances.
Let us be reminded of these
scriptures that Jesus is our Lord, our God, and our King. He is our “Rock” on
which we stand.
So, as the storms of
life come our way. Let’s us be reminded that God is our rock of salvation. We
must continue place our faith and hope in Christ alone! He will see us through.
