Good news for Crazy Times!

Good News for Crazy Times

Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every that believeth; to the Jew first and also the Greek.”
We are living in crazy time’s folks! People are living in fear over their finances, terrorism, health issues, and moral issues that face a Nation!
Here folks are the good news:
·       The gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way to peace and security for our future and eternity.
·       The gospel is the good news that Jesus is the only one that has the power to change people lives and break the chains of sin.
·        The gospel is for anyone and everyone.

Folks, the hope and the only hope for this crazy time we live in - Jesus!!! We need Jesus to come into our heart to change our life and give us hope in these fearful, crazy times! No political system or political person can give us hope, security and peace! No one only Jesus. He is the only way to eternal life and peace! John 3:16

Folks, come to Jesus today! Dear Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart, in Jesus name amen.

Love Eddie

Racial Peace

I know there is a lot of hurt and anger towards police officers but it's not fair to equally portray all of them with hatred towards black lives and on the opposite not to say any of the officers acted without recklessness, without knowing all of the facts.
To put this post below from my dad in perspective, my dad was raised in Jamaica and my 100 grandma was born there. It's funny, when I tell people my grandma was born in Jamaica, I immediately hear "I don't see any black in you." I know a lot of times that it's folks not understanding that Jamaica is a melting pot of different backgrounds and races but there is also a bit of ignorance. She taught us to not see color but rather see the heart of one another like many Jamaicans do. Additionally, our family has seen first-hand the wickedness of racism as my dad spoke at times with his patois accent and was unfairly treated by "whites" over the years. Our country is hurting and we need to love one another no matter what color our skin is or how we speak with a different accent.
This is a post about my brother Jaguars Madison who is FHP Trooper. May God continue to watch over my brother and all law enforcement officers.

A Dad Story of a Son
I want to share a story of my son Justin, a Florida Highway Patrol officer, a father, and a husband whom I am proud of, as with all of my God fearing children. Justin said to me,” Dad, I helped a lady the other day. She was a black lady whom was speeding in the rain. I pulled her over, explained the reason for the ticket.” She said, “I am running out of gas.” Justin said, “I will follow you to the next exit and to the gas station.” They arrived at the gas station. The lady thank my son for helping her and she said” You restored my faith in police officers.” Justin later looked her up. Her son was killed by the police. My son, like so many others police officers whom serve and protect us every day, they love people, to help people of all races with little pay. They are selfless people. They have families also! I want to thank all who serve and protect us!!
