What happens To Us When We have a Moral Meltdown

Text: Judges 16:18-22

When Samson had a moral melt down several things happened to him:
1. Samson lost his power.
2. Samson lost his life.
3. Samson lost respect.
4. Samson lost his testimony.
5. Samson lost his usefulness.

1 John5:16 ”If any man sees his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death; I do not say that he shall pray for it.
Verse 17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin unto death.”
Samson paid the ultimate price for sinning against God.

Dr, Wiersbe said that he had power to conquer but he could not conquer self. He had set the Philistines on fire but he could not control his own lust and he could break bonds but he could not the bonds of sin.
When an individual or a country has a moral melt down they lose power, respect, testimony and their usefulness!

Dear friend, God loves you very much! He gave His only Son, Jesus to die on the cross for you! Turn your eyes upon Jesus today! Ask him to come in and forgive you!He will forgive you and restore you.
